We deliver all our parcels via Hermes and your parcel will be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Our last order date for delivery in time for Christmas is Sunday 20th December at midnight. We will send our last parcels on Monday 21st December by midday.
We will be closed from 24th December and will start dispatching orders again from the 4th January.
is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, all of our packaging is recyclable. We use cornstarch peanuts to keep our jars safe and these are completely biodegradable, you can put them in the bin or they can be dissolved in your sink by running water over them. Our bubble bags are made of recycled plastic bottles and can be recycled with your normal recycling. Our cardboard boxes can be recycled and of course, once you have finished your jar of goodies these can be recycled too.
when will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days (Monday-Friday; excluding bank holidays). We will contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within this time. During busy periods it might take longer to dispatch your order however we endeavor to get your order out as quickly as possible.
where do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Please note that deliveries will be made to the address that has been entered when placing the order and we will not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to inaccurate address details. Always provide a contact telephone number so that our courier can get further directions if necessary.
what happens if a product is damaged or something is missing?
If any product you receive reaches you in less than perfect condition or you have been sent the wrong product, please email us to arrange a replacement.
We would always prefer to replace any damaged products so you can enjoy them but if you would prefer a refund, simply let us know. We'll refund the full cost of the jar(s) which were damaged back onto the card with which you paid. Please note this can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
